Dear friends,

gathering wealth, that’s one thing – and a tricky one at best. But keeping and managing your wealth, that’s where digital financial technologies come up trumps. Think about the possibilities for personalization, multi-channel communication or automation, for starters.

Yes, there will be a lot of ground to cover, when we are addressing the topic “Wealth Management” at our next finfinity meetup.

So don’t miss it. On May 9th 2019 we welcome you again at the facilities of KI Group:

4th floor
Mittelstraße 12-14
Haus B
50672 Cologne

Agenda:
1. Our first speaker is Theo Paraskevopoulos.

Theo is Founder and CEO of GrowCreate, a CX consultancy based in Cologne and Oxford. For almost 20 years he has worked in asset management marketing, technology and client servicing.

For many asset managers, a fragmented industry and complex regulation has pushed customer experience (CX) further down the list of priorities. However, CX is becoming very much mission critical.

That’s why Theo is making a case for CX in his presentation “Mission Critical: Why Wealth Managers Find CX Difficult”.

2. Ralf Heim is our second speaker.

Ralf is founder and CEO of Fincite Ventures and Fincite, a company offering asset management for the connected, digital world. Having started as a freelancer at the age of 16, Ralf has spent his career building analytical systems for companies and central banks, eventually heading the business development of a big data company (with exits to PwC & SAP).

Open banking is more than just a buzzword: It will provide change on the financial market. Advisors and portfolio managers play an important role here: It’s them, who are going to restructure the banks of tomorrow. But how will this affect the interaction with different client segments?

That’s the question Ralf will answer in his presentation “How Banks and Asset Managers Are Becoming Investment Engines”.

3. Christian Labetzsch is our third speaker.

Christian is founder and CEO of micobo GmbH, a consulting company specialized in strategic technology integration into businesses’ service and product portfolio. Christian is a welcome guest and speaker at industry events, where he gives keynotes about recent developments.

The private banking and Wealth Management sectors are facing radical transformation: AI-based robo advisors promise to automate the process of wealth management. This development comes with opportunities, but also challenges.

Christian will give us a good overview about both as he is analyzing the robo-advisory market in his presentation “Digital Wealth Management – Robo Advisory 2.0“.

See you all at finfinity #14,
