Worum es bei uns geht

This beautiful Yoga class is divided into 2 parts: during the first 40 minutes we will focus on Hatha asanas followed by 30 minutes of deep relaxation/psychic sleep: Yoga Nidra. The course will be held in English. Breathing techniques, alignment/adjustment, tea ceremony to end this course. Mats, belts, pillows and blocks will be provided. Please be on time!
