Speakers:

1. Nalla Karunanithy - "Growing established products"
Digital Manager @ McKinsey

Nalla is an Expert Associate Partner at Berlin Digital Studio of McKinsey & Company. He is an experienced digital entrepreneur and product leader who has been involved in building and running over 8 digital startups, launched in around 25 different countries. He has a software engineering background but has been primarily product driven to build great customer focused and innovative solutions to create frictionless products delivered to the market. His past experience has also helped him gain significant knowledge in launching lean and fast businesses and scale both in emerging markets and in European markets.

2. Turner Carroll - "Using design thinking tools for focused collaboration"
Associate Director of Design @ Originate

Turner has a decade of experience designing in the intersection of product design and technology, working with brands such as Google, Toyota, and Microsoft to create innovative solutions for almost any challenge.

Over the course of my career, one constant remains true no matter what industry I’m working in: teams succeed most often when they work in an environment of focused, growth-based collaboration. In this talk, I’ll briefly go into my personal history and discuss what has, and hasn’t worked for me and my teams, and offer some simple but effective tools based on the design thinking methodology to make the product building process that much more effective.

After the talks we will have enough time for some beers, questions and some networking!
