About the HR-Digital-Careers-Meetup

The HR & Digital Careers Meetup is a regular event for everyone interested in Human Resources in times of digitalization. Core topics will vary depending on our speakers, who will be experts in e.g. HR innovation, leadership, employer branding, digital careers or legal issues.

Job Seekers are also welcome to join this group and the meetup to connect with potential employers and to get valuable company insights. After the exciting knowledge sessions (approx. 1h), each followed by a Q&A, there will be extensive networking time with cool drinks and snacks.

Technologies change the Recruiters role fundamentally. In this session I explain how cloud based vertical solutions influence the recruiters role and how a technology driven recruitment process can look like today.

"I’ve been working in HR for startups for quite a while now (actually since the early days of digital businesses in 2000) and have seen both sides of the table. The corporate and traditional HR roles as well as modern, talent-focused work in fast growing companies. I’ve also switched from employee roles to being a consultant and ran a company as a managing director somewhere in between. Recruiting has always been my main task learned my craft whilst being in executive search for several years. With all these varied experiences, I am now focusing on early stage startups and helping them with all people issues in growing their business and becoming a great place to work."

Tereza Sommerfeld founded allaboutHRLaw (http://www.allabouthrlaw.com/) and manages the company. She holds master degrees inBusiness Administration and Law, and is registered as a certified lawyer in Munich.

She has been advising companies in the area of HR for well over 15 years on a national and international level. Her career began at McKinsey & Co. where she enhanced her analytical and business skills at a strategic level. She went on to work for the HayGroup in the US and UK where she gained the knowledge of HR instruments and tools HR manager need and refined her soft skills. Upon her return to Germany she focuses on high quality and cost efficient pragmatic HR services - allaboutHRLaw.

AllaboutHRLaw founded in 2011, successfully offers HR services to start-ups, small and medium-sized companies for over 5 years now and is growing rapidly.
