THE LIFE DRAWING SESSIONS ARE in WRANGELSTRASSE 76. We meet weekly in Wrangelstrasse 76, by Berlin Drawing at Ramboya studio. To draw live models posing on different timing ( quick to longer poses ), with special attention to light and creative atmosphere. Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday from 7.30 to 9.30 p.m. Cost is 9 € or 70 € for 10 entrances card to be used both on Tuesday and on Thursday. This is a sculpture course for people interested in going deeper in clay, plasticine or other kind of modeling materials. 4 classes on sculpting from a live model weekly on Wednesday from 7.30 to to 9.30 p.m. 85 € in total 24 € drop in entrance MATERIAL AND MODEL COSTS INCLUDED SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS AND NOT The focus will be on constructing forms focusing on figure modeling. We will learn stability and aesthetic in forms and volumes. Students will learn how to sketch for sculptures, will observe famous sculptor´s works and will learn how to build a human anatomy, portrait and body details based on a realistic orientation. We will try different materials than clay to have vaster understanding of materials - though it will stay limited to some simple ones.
4 DAYS CLASS ON ILLUSTRATION WITH FOCUS ON BLACK AND WHITE TECHNIQUES July 17 to August 7. 2019 weekly on Wednesday from 7.30 to 9.30 p.m. 70 € in total - 22 € drop in This course will explore the visual interpretation of concepts through an emphasis on black and white drawing media. Class exercises and home exercises are whimsical and designed to explore imaginative visual solutions to narrative problems. Emphasis will be placed on techniques of Pen and Ink and graphite primarily. Material List: Pigma pens (005, 01, 03) Tombo (or other brand) Brush pen Bristol paper, or a smooth heavy weight paper. White or toned paper is okay.
