Worum es bei uns geht

Loolaba Triathlon Club is a group of Swiss and international Triathletes based in Switzerland, ranked in the Top 10 IronMan (http://eu.ironman.com/triathlon/triathlon-rankings/triclub-ranking-overview/2016-overall.aspx?d=IV&c=CHE#axzz4KKH3GyMN). Cyclists, Runners and Swimmers are welcome to join our family, from beginners to IronMan Hawaii qualifiers.

Our motto #YoullNeverTriAlone means that the most important thing for us is having fun and sharing our passion with our Loolaba family.

A team of trainers and our experienced athletes will help you to improve your swim, bike and run skills and to have fun with your teammates at the same time.

Run Training in Lucerne (Allmend)

Allmend Athletics Stadium

Dear triathletes and runners, the weekly training in the athletics track in Lucerne (Allmend) will be organized by our coach Christian Pötzsch twice per month. ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME! On Tuesday the session is divided in three modules: 1) Mobility exercises 2) Running exercises 3) Running The training will start with a 15 minutes warm up and it will finish with a cool down followed by some stretching exercises. If it's raining (or snowing) we will do exercises on the stairs under the roof of the stadium. Remember there is no bad weather but only bad clothing. Sunday Bike Ride

Dear triathletes, the Sunday (or Saturday) bike ride is organized through our whatsapp group. The meeting point is usually the train station at 9am. To be always updated, please get a membership on www.loolaba.com and get access to our whatsapp group. ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME!
