Calling all mums (and dads welcome too!) who just need to take that moment out of their hectic lives to regain balance and inner peace within themselves, while knowing that their little ones are safely being taken care of.

Come every Tuesday afternoon at 3pm for an hour to relax and de-stress, and silence that constant hamster wheel of thoughts in the mind.

Sahaja Yoga meditation uses an effortless and spontaneous technique to awaken a transformative energy within us, the kundalini. A feminine and mothering energy, the kundalini gently brings us to a centred state and reconnects us to our spiritual roots, positively enhancing our lives on a mental and physical level too. In the same way that a tiny seed has the potential to become a towering tree, we also have this capacity for a powerful transformation naturally within ourselves.

Although such a reality may seem a world away from the daily round of changing nappies, tidying toys, messy meals and soothing overtired and cranky little souls, it really is at your fingertips. Come along to simply enjoy our guided meditations, and be given the tools to enable you to find that space of inner silence wherever you are.

All sessions are free: Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga, didn't believe that you should pay for something which is already your own.

Please note! We understand that timings with babies and toddlers can be tricky, and if the time doesn't work with their schedule please let us know; we can be flexible and work something out.
