Let's run on Stevens Creek Trail! The route is an out and back, beginning at Landels Middle School, and heading north before turning around and heading back. Typically, the most people do is 7 miles, but you are welcome to do more or less. Meet at the Landels School parking lot. Considering this run happens at/at around peak commute time we will typically wait until 6:10pm to start the run. We will do introductions and some light stretching in those 10 minutes while waiting for anyone else that responded. Hope to see you there!
Let's run track! Crittenden Middle School has a beautiful new track with good floodlights so we can run there year round. The workout will be: - warmup - 3 sets of 3x 200m - recovery = 2min between intervals, 4min between sets - cooldown Come on out! If you haven't run on a track before, it's a blast!
I can meet you in the South entrance of Permanente Trail on Rock st and Telford ave in Mt. View. I'd like to start with a quick introduction followed by easy warm-up stretches before running. This run leaves at 6:30 am and let me or the event host know to wait for you if you're running late. This trail has an out and back route starting in Permanente Trail and briefly around Shoreline Lake, adds up to be is 4.4 miles and can be customized to your desired distance. There is parking on Telford Avenue across from Crittenden Middle school entrance.
Pls arrive by 1800 to park, use restroom, and set up your mat. We will begin the workout @ 1805 SHARP! If you arrive late, pls join the group in the warmup jog/walk around the park. We'll then have a one hour full body workout covering arms, abs, legs. Class is suitable for all levels, beginners -> advanced since I will provide modifications. BRING: Exercise/yoga mat Water/electrolytes/hydration Hand towel PARKING: FREE and plentiful parking on site.
