One more Munich Accessibility Meetup before it's finally Christmas! 🎅
What could there be better during these cold days than to hold on to a warm drink and listen to some interesting talks together with Munich's a11y community? Yes, it's time again for one of our regular meetings to network and share knowledge about accessibility and digital inclusion.
6:30 pm - Doors open + food + mingle
7:00 pm - Introduction & Highlights of the a11y Club Summit
7:10pm - "Cognitive Accessibility and Neurodiversity" by Neil Milliken
7:30pm - "The hidden benefits of accessibility" by Marjorie Figueroa
8:00pm - "Designing for the Extremes: Mainstreaming Accessibility Personas" by Beatriz Gonzalez
8:30 pm - Outro, Announcements, Networking & Open End
As always we’d like the Meetup to be informal, allowing the people to network and also share some thoughts and ideas for future Meetups.
Snacks & drinks will be kindly provided by Netcentric (https://www.netcentric.biz/)
The talks will be held in English. We're trying to provide closed captions via PowerPoint plugin, more details will follow.
Netcentric's office is fully accessible to everyone, with several elevators to enter the building, wide doorways and open space plan. Be aware that accessible bathrooms are located on the ground floor.
