This event is created for an Open Meditation Circle, where everybody is welcome to join.
We will be sitting together in silence and enjoying the support of practicing in a group.
The meditation will be around 20 minutes long, then a short walking meditation followed by another 20 minutes of sitting. Afterwards we will have time to exchange about experience, ideas, questions and everything that might come up.
If needed I am happy to guide a meditation but otherwise will remain in silence as well and everybody can follow his own technique/practice.
The event is going to take place at my home and is on a donation basis.
