WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
Our Beginners classes introduce foundations of Sahaja Yoga Meditation with a short guided session providing a “taste-tester” of a sharp, clear and focused mind.
For those who have attended at least one of our Beginners sessions, our intermediate classes provide a range of tools to help you diagnose and correct underlying imbalances on your central nervous system - to achieve a healthier, happier, more collected state of mind.
