Hear ye hear ye, lend me your ears. We will like to welcome you all to the last day of the Maryland Renaissance Festival. There are no limits on who can go or how many you can bring. Bring grandma, papa, mama, little johnny but do leave your pet at home unless it is a trained service animal. The Maryland Renaissance Festival, in Annapolis, MD, is convenient to Baltimore, Washington, DC, and the surrounding area. Festival opens its 43rd season with food, fun, fine-crafts and frivolity. It is open from 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM rain or shine. * Directions to the Renaissance Festival: The Maryland Renaissance Festival is located on Crownsville Road, in Anne Arundel County in Crownsville, just outside of Annapolis, MD. Handicapped parking is available next to our Main Gate. When entering the parking lot, follow the signs to the designated handicapped parking area. Below we have listed directions from the major points around the festival. Food is permitted but no coolers are permitted through gates. Smoking is allowed only in Designated Smoking Areas (DSAs). All other areas are smoke free. No weapons (costume or real). Patrons are welcomed to wear costumes suitable for a family-friendly atmosphere to get into the spirit of the event! Let's get together at Walter reed park to play ping pong. Level: Social intermediate( Being able to rally would be good enough). * Advanced players are welcome, we have some good players who like to be challenged. Cost: free • Please bring your own paddle but if you don't have a paddle you can borrow it from the front desk.
Let's get together at Quincy Park to play some doubles volleyball. This meet up is set up more for the purpose of getting reps in (join the Sunday doubles for more competitive game). (If you are new to doubles , Would recommend at least 6+ months of regular volleyball play to build up a fairly consistent server receive before trying doubles ) COST: FREE Court Type: Outdoor grass Skill Level: Doubles Intermediate + You are at Smiley Social Doubles Intermediate level if: 1) You should be BB+ and at least at Smiley Social 6x6 intermediate volleyball level. 2) You are able to move around fast and keep the rally going. 3) You played Doubles volleyball for a few months and you can play by doubles rules. Attention: 1) This event is for Regular members only so if you are not regular member please come to our other volleyballs or inform organizer of your doubles playing experience . 2) Please join the waitlist and wait for approval.
