Jana is a qualified lawyer with many years of international consulting experience -changed to serial entrepreneur. Amongst others, she is advising startups on partnership agreements and coordinating the development of standard templates for dynamic equity splits (slicing pie method by Mike Moyer) for European startups. Jana holds law degree from Masaryk University (doctorate), international law degree from Erasmus University (master) and MBA from Rotterdam School of Management.

Eric Kuenzi: founding partner of Vujàdé Law, has 15 years of experience as a business lawyer in a leading business law firm in Zurich and subsequently in his own firm. Further, through hands-on experience as co-founder of multiple startups, he has an in-depth understanding of the strategic challenges startups and enterprises face. Eric holds a law degree from the University of Neuchâtel (master equivalent) and was admitted to the bar as an Attorney at Law in Bern in 2001.
