  • Why develop a human-centered company culture to drive technological progress?

(RSVP is required for this event. You can sign up for the event here: http://landing.wunder.dog/wunderdogculture). Limited seats available. DETAILS: Why should we develop a people-centered company culture to drive technological progress? In this session we'll share our learnings on building company culture in a tech environment. As technological innovation and the way we use technology is evolving fast, we need to be able to build teams that possess the right knowledge and skill set for a particular job. This is currently a demanding task and it will get even more demanding in the future. Customers have different needs and so do the employees. This is why building a strong company culture will be of even higher importance in the future than it is today in order to build great teams that will take your company to the next level and help you achieve success with your customers. In Wunderdog we believe developing a people-centered culture makes a work environment more fun and successful. In this session we will talk about transparency, communication, team work, transdisciplinarity, mutual recognition and the importance of continuous learning as some essential tools when building a good company culture.
