TIME: 11:15am - 12:15pm (right after yoga)
PLEASE BRING: Water bottle + yoga mat or a towel will be totally fine.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
This is a 1 hour class where you’ll have the opportunity to explore the world of handstands, gaining body awareness, strength and confidence in your handstand practice. The class will include some strength and conditioning exercises (many of which you can practice at home) as well as plenty of time upside down doing handstands and other fun inversions.
IF YOU’RE REALLY NEW TO HANDSTANDS:
Don’t worry! I’ll go through the basics + give you all the steps you need to get you confidently on your way to a handstand in no time! It’s gonna be fun 🙃
Hey 👋 I’m Zahra, founder of Blooming Happy Yoga. I’m a qualified Yoga Teacher and Partner Acrobatics Teacher. I’ve trained in acroyoga, acrobatics and handstands in Australia and around the world. I’m excited to be getting upside down with you as we learn how to handstand! Let’s do this 🙌
