Reunamonos para las clases de yoga con un evento social, charlas sobre un tema de alimentos / salud / bienestar y otros eventos relacionados.

Todas las clases son en ingles pero todos son bienvenidos :-).

Yoga clases por una hora: €10 en el interior

O bonos:

4 clases (expira en 6 semanas): €35

6 clases (expira en 8 semanas): €50

10 clases (Expira en 12 semanas) €75

2 classes/semana: €55/mes

Mi nombre es Atiya (la organizadora). Soy una profesor de yoga, nutricionista y asesora de salud del Reino Unido. Trabajo con individuos y empresas para ayudar a las personas a sentirse mejor. Quiero creer una comunidad donde podamos practice yoga afuera, compartir información sobre una vida saludable y socializar!

Let's get together for yoga classes followed by a social afterwards, talks on a food/health/wellbeing topic and other related events.

All classes will be in English but an international crowd is very welcome :-)

My name is Atiya (the organiser). I'm an experienced Yoga Teacher, Nutritionist and Health Coach from the UK. I work with individuals and companies to help people feel at their best. I would love to create a community where we can practice yoga together, share information on healthy living and socialise with each other!

Yoga at Alarde Danza (Tirso de Molina) & Vegetarian/Vegan Lunch!

**English below** Bienvenido a nuestro evento: ¡una clase de yoga en parejas seguida de una comida vegetariana! Este semana sería extra especial! Durante esta clase de yoga de una hora, practicaremos saludos al sol, algunas posturas en parejas (organizo yo a toda la gente - no tienes que venir con alguien), para mover la columna vertebral y la relajación. Vamos a hacer 'partner yoga' ese semana - que es muy divertido y te va a gustar! ¡Te sentirás con energía y listo para el resto del fin de semana! Esta clase está abierta a TODOS los niveles, ya sea que seas un principiante absoluto o un yoga más experimentado. La clase será en inglés - todos son bienvenidos :) Por favor traiga su propia colchoneta de yoga. Usa ropa cómoda para estirarse. Es mejor no comer una comida pesada 2-3 horas antes de la clase. La clase será a partir de las 12h de la mañana hasta las 13. Luego vamos a comer a un restaurante vegetariano! Todos son invitados, por favor me mandas un whatsapp si quieres venir a comer (si puedes el miércoles 16 octubre para que reserve la mesa). This week is a special week :) During this one hour partner yoga class we will practice some sun salutations, some classic partner yoga poses to lengthen and move your spine, and relaxation (I will organise all the groups, you don't need to bring anyone). You will feel energised and ready for the rest of the weekend! This class is open to ALL levels, whether you are an absolute beginner or more experienced yoga. The class will be in English - everyone is welcome :) Please bring your own yoga mat. You can wear anything that is comfortable for you to stretch in. It is best not to eat a heavy meal 2-3 hours before class. The class will be from 12 noon to 1pm. This week we are going for lunch at a vegetarian restaurant :). Everyone is invited - please let me know if you would like to come for lunch so I know numbers (ideally on or before Wednesday 16 October). Intermedidate Yoga Masterclass in Chueca: 1h 45, in English

Massalma Center Personal Transformation

Join me for a special Saturday with an extended yoga masterclass aimed at Intermediate level, in Chueca. During this 1h 45 minute extended class we will practice traditional hatha yoga with intermediate and advanced options. We will include pranayama, sun salutations, some classic poses with variations to go deeper - think headstand, wheel, the splits, arm balances and much more! There will be a long final Savanasa together with some meditation. The sequence is based around different movements of the spine - which help with feeling more flexible, happy and calm. Attendees of the last workshop said they felt ‘amazing’, ‘energised’ and ‘ready for anything.’‘ This is suitable for improvers and intermediates - ideal if you have been practising regularly for at least 6 months and beyond. The class will be in English :) Please bring your own yoga mat for extra comfort, we have some here. You can wear anything that is comfortable for you to stretch in. It is best not to eat a heavy meal 2-3 hours before class.
