Our classes are now all streamed online, so you can continue your regular practice with us. Just email info@yogainenglish.berlin, letting us know which class you’d like to take and your chosen payment option. For further information, see our website or the individual events here on meetup. ⁣

We offer quality Yoga in English with highly experienced teachers in a very beautiful space in Kreuzberg, Berlin. We've been running weekly classes regularly since 2010 and offer 5 different classes each week: Beginner-friendly (Slow Flow), plus Slow Flow with Meditation, uplifting and calming (Flow & Restore Yoga), Yin Yoga (deep stretches by candlelight) -- plus morning Yoga on Thursdays and outdoor Park Yoga in the summer time as well as retreats in beautiful locations and courses for deepening your practice.

This is an accessible, shorter session you can easily integrate into your evening. Meditation is a space to pause and refresh our inner space. Flowing, un-rushed Yoga, moving into guided meditation. This class is designed to let you de-stress on all levels; body, mind, emotions & breath. Stretches and yoga flows will ease tension through your whole body - especially the neck, shoulders, back and hips, making your body feel more open and alive. We'll move organically into a calming guided meditation and deep rest. You'll have time to breathe, connect deeply and re-charge.
