We all know the feeling: This week I’m gonna change my habits. Get healthy, go workout and eat clean. The first two weeks go great, but somewhere it sneaks in: The laziness, that sneaky habit-breaker that brings us back to square one. You probably know the reason very well: Its called impatience, you can not wait for the results to appear. I had the same issues over years (very often before summer time - I want that bikini body, baby!). But the solution for my problem was actually very simple: I needed a good friend to accompany me to the gym, who has the same goals, interests and level as I have. I needed a WORKOUT BUDDY.
