Athena is a symbol of women's power and represents the primary purpose of this community: According to this, Athena's WITs is a community encouraging women in technology.

The group aims to create a safe community for all genders, who share the same missions to support women de-code tech problems or other relative issues to tech. Once every quarter, we will organize events in both tech and non-tech topics. Regardless of the participants' background, interests, etc., there is always room for them to participate in our event and share their thoughts. For example, these can be talks or discussion panels on tech- and soft-skill-related topics to connect our members, grow together, and celebrate women leading the industry.

Some of our hosts are Women Techmaker (WTM) Ambassadors, next to kind support by shopware AG; our events are frequent activities of WTM Ambassadors globally to empower women in tech. We target everyone who believes in women's power - no matter the gender. Our events are planned free of charge. So everyone is welcome to join and learn. ❤️
