The purpose of this group is to gain more focus, inner balance, strength, energy and joy in your daily life. We will achieve this through bringing together the body, mind and emotion. How do we do this? We increase our Body Awareness by learning to be more attentive to our body! We will train our breathing abilities, learn some simple exercises to release tension and rigidity and learn to embrace more our emotions. The aim is to become more conscious of our repetitive patterns of movement, thought, emotion and behavior. Because they alienate us from our bodies, they lead us to an automatic way of relating to ourselves and others. We will change this!
