Short Stories Night (in German)

You love reading or writing short stories?
We do too! Join us at this event, organized by our member Patrick, to share the magic of short stories in a cozy bar.
Together, we'll enjoy the creativity of both established authors and your own stories.

Here’s the idea:

• We will read 3-4 short stories (or short excerpts of novels). You can share your own work (20 min max) or a published story by another author you love. Both requires registration (see below).
• After each reading, we’ll chat a bit about the story. What did we like? What’s the background of the author and the story? And if it’s self-written, maybe some constructive feedback?
• Afterward, feel free to stick around, enjoy a drink, and chat with like-minded people 😊

The stories for this night will be in German!

ATTENTION: There are only 2 spots for self-written stories at each event.
Once 2 people have commented "OWN STORY," the event is fully booked. You can still leave a comment and try your luck in case one of the readers doesn’t show up!

Please note that the bar has kindly welcomed us for free, but they do expect everyone to order at least one drink. Also, since there are legal copyright fees when reading already published stories, we will pass a hat for donations to cover these costs and support future events like this.

Photos and videos may be taken during the event to highlight and share the experiences at our events. If you have concerns, please don't hesitate to approach the event organizers before the event.
