Ideally this wants to be a safe place where you can exchange insight, concepts, suggestions, experiences and challenges and we are particularly interested in hearing from people that are using technology to get real results. We also want to hear about failures and pitfalls.

Together with our partner community (https://www.meetup.com/Lean-Agile-Coaching-Meetup/) we could create a complete offer of content for all people and companies who want to start their journey to the Agile & Digital age.

Our values are,
Respect (self, other members of this community, the rest of the world),
Integrity (personal & professional)
Competence (demonstrable & related to Agile & Lean topics),
Experience (at all level of the organisation, at all level of skills)
can be summarized in the word RICE (i.e. food for the masses).

As in an Scrum team, the organizer (equivalent to a Scrum master) is responsible to engage the community (equivalent to the developers) and to provide the platform (equivalent to the practices) for sharing contents (equivalent to the product), the community is responsible about the content and to provide feedbacks to the organizer to improve our products. Our product owner is the world!

If you agree this manifesto you are invited to join and to share this community to your networks.

Discover RetroLSP (LEGO + Retrospective) with one of its co-creators! II session

✨ Have you ever heard of LEGO SeriousPlay? Have you ever tried ScrumLSP? Are you keen to see how few LEGO bricks can unleash even more power from Agile project management and people's enrichment techniques? Regardless you are new to Agile frameworks or a long-term expert, Michael Forni - co-creator of ScrumLSP with LSP Guru Fabrizio Faraco - will introduce you to RetroLSP in a 2 hours hands-on, mind-on workshop. Learning the language of outcomes with 15-minute FOTO, with Mike Burrows

🍏 In this session we're going to play 15-minute FOTO, the Clean Language-inspired (and Creative Commons) coaching game described in Mike's 2018 book "Agendashift: Outcome-oriented change and continuous transformation". You will experience first hand: - How to go "from obstacles to outcomes" (hence the name "FOTO") - How to clarify without imposing your own assumptions on the conversation - How to stay curious as you help your client explore (model) a mental landscape Afterwards we'll look at (and perhaps try) some ways to capture, organise, present, and further develop the outputs. ✨ About the speaker Agendashift founder Mike Burrows is the author of Kanban from the Inside (2014) and Agendashift: Outcome-oriented change and continuous transformation (2018); his third book Right to Left: the digital leader's guide to Lean and Agile is due in the summer of 2019.. He is recognised for his pioneering work in Lean, Agile, and Kanban and his advocacy for participatory and outcome-oriented approaches to change, transformation, and strategy. Prior to his consulting career, Mike was global development manager and Executive Director at a top tier investment bank, and CTO for an energy risk management startup. Building teams that rock, with Stephen Morris

🍏 Think about this question "What are typical key ingredients of high performing and motivated IT teams?" if you are used to think of that, this event is for you, your managers, your teams, ... There’s a massive difference between teams that rock and those that just bomb. Not only do the teams that rock deliver some phenomenal, off-the-page results, they are a joy to work with and be part of. These teams act like magnets for more amazing people, deliver remarkable value for customers and inspire action in others. This interactive session will cover some of the key leadership behaviours that make teams rock, with insights, practical exercises and almost certainly, sweets. ✨ About the speaker Stephen has worked in IT for many years, the last 13 in senior leadership and consulting positions for cloud-computing providers and other companies with very high scale and complex IT. He was named “Most Influential Business Leader” in the 2016 UK Agile Awards, with one of his teams receiving “Most Improved Agile Team” the same year. Stephen now runs his own business, training and mentoring IT leaders and teams that want to grow, build amazing teams and deliver better, more consistent results. linkedIN: https://www.linkedin.com/in/stephencloud/ 📅 Agenda Doors opening at 6:30 6:45 Presentation 8:15 Q&A 8:30 Networking and conclusion 🏡 Thanks to Gamesys for hosting the event. Richer retrospective with a card game, by Laurence Wood

🍏 As last event of the year what better than a Retrospective? And what better than a card game workshop to explore how to improve? Laurence is going to facilitate this workshop using his own creation: a deck of cards with many perspectives of investigation to find how we could improve our community for the 2020 season and what goal we should achieve. No clue on the game but I can tell you it will be useful and fun. Moreover you will discover a new effective way to manage retrospectives with your teams. Richer Retrospectives game available on https://agilestationery.co.uk/collections/games/products/richer-retrospectives-by-laurence-wood At the end of the evening, a deck of cards will be sorted to 3 present attendees as prize for participating to the retro. ✨ About the facilitator Creator of the Richer Retros and Richer Roles Agile team games, Laurence is a freelance Digital Leadership Coach and APMG accredited trainer.
