Ayurvedic Nutrition + Modern Science (2 sessions 60–90 min each)

I’m currently developing a new Ayurvedic weight-loss method and I’m offering 2 free test spots for a personalized 1:1 coaching program.
The goal is to combine Ayurveda with modern nutritional science in a way that is practical, plant-based, and sustainable.

  • uncover what’s really blocking your weight-loss progress
