The International Lunchtime Toastmasters Club is a mix of native and aspiring English, German and French speakers dedicated to improving their communication and leadership skills through regular practice. Prepared and impromptu speeches are used to improve verbal and non-verbal communication skills. We learn to give and receive feedback effectively and efficiently.

Our club's speciality is using 3 languages during our meetings. This of course relies on enough people of each language to attend. To support this aim, we encourage anybody willing to speak in 2 of our 3 languages to join us in our mission! Fluency is not needed, courage to try is key...
We have hybrid (online and in-person) or online-only (zoom) meetings. You are welcome to attend as a guest for 3 meetings (i.e. for free), but after that, so you can really benefit from the experience and join in fully, we ask you to commit to being a member.

Meetings are up to three times per month on the 1st, 3rd and 5th Wednesday from 12:00 to 13:15. We will soon change our meetings to the same pattern on Tuesdays.

International Lunchtime Toastmasters (ILTM) is a club to improve public speaking and developing communication & leadership skills.
Now we meet on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday at lunchtime, 12:00-13:15 (currently hybrid and online (Zoom) meetings, respectively) for regular meetings, where we practice our communication & leadership skills in a welcoming and inspirational environment.
What makes ILTM special, is that we speak 3 languages in our meetings; English, French and German. You are welcome to speak in any of these languages, at least 2 of them. Fluency is not required, and indeed, many levels of linguistic ability are presented and encouraged! This intranational audience is the perfect practice for using simple language that everybody can understand.
