The cool training community in Berlin.
We are an Independent Outdoor Training Group offering different classes and small scale events.
HIIT AND RUN
This is kommunionberlin's first class. Open to all fitness levels. Duration 60 minutes. High Intensity Interval Training alternated with running. No equipment, just bodyweight based exercises. Since this is a moving class, refrain from any bags to carry (bring a bottle of water if desired).
Class: Saturday at 10:30AM. Meeting point opposite of the Ritz Carlton next to the exit of the S-Bahn on Potsdamer Platz.
Fee: no fee - just pay as you like.
This is kommunionberlin's new class. For the intermediate to the advanced. Duration 30-90 minutes. This is a pop-up class and will be announced at most just 24 hrs before the session starts with a random location or coordinates somewhere in Berlin. Every GUERILLA GO comes with a particular mission. That can be anything from completing a task, reaching a certain viewpoint or taking on a given challenge. This is a moving class so come prepared, but travel light. You will be left behind.
Class: periodically by announcement only - check our Meetup or Facebook page regularly or turn on your notifications to join a GUERRILLA GO. No need to RSVP, just rock up. Prepared.
Fee: no fee, just pay as you like
A 20 minute workout that can take place anywhere in the world but should start at exactly the same time using Coordinated Universal Time (UCT), the successor of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).
Apart from a few pre-announced locations in the world where the FITMOB can take place and a chance to meet other Kommuners, you pretty much can do this wherever you wish. Just post it or go live on social media using the hashtag #fitmob and #wearekommunionberlin
