Deep Dive: Founding a Workspace for Parents Ed 4. // Finding affordable space
The "Founding a Workspace for Parents" Deep Dive is a series designed to support coworking managers and founders who create spaces with childcare or other work models tailored towards parents' needs. The format is part of the "Coworking for Parents" Think Tank that aims to facilitate the creation and scaling of workspaces for parents by bringing together founders with interest groups from various fields, like district managers, municipalities, government representatives, real estate owners and many more. Together we will lay the foundation for a thriving and diverse coworking movement.
WHAT IS A DEEP DIVE?
A Deep Dive is inspired by the format of a mastermind class: Participants can present specific challenges they are facing. The group then decides (votes) which challenge it wants to tackle, using all the brainpower and multiple experiences in the room. Together we look at obstacles, give critical and constructive feedback and play potential costumers or investors.
WHICH TOPIC WILL WE DIVE IN THIS TIME
This time we will look at one of the biggest obstacles: finding an affordable location. Using our connected brain power we will think of alternatives to the traditional concept of renting rooms.
