By popular request, I’m bringing back a past event—with a little update!
Join us for a vegan improv cooking meetup, where dumplings are our fixed dish and the rest of the menu is created spontaneously, inspired by the ingredients everyone brings.
Let’s whip up something delicious together! 🥟🥕🥦
🥟Here’s how it works:
We’ll make dumplings as our main fixed dish using provided wheat-based wrappers.And then ,we’ll improvise and cook additional plant-based dishes with the ingredients everyone brings.
We share a colorful, delicious vegan meal and connect over food stories

🧺Bring: Any 1 vegetable and 1 fruit of your choice
Why fruit?
Fruits help keep the kitchen flow smooth and can be enjoyed alongside our dishes!
🥟 Provided: Korean style wheat dumpling (store bought )wrappers, cooking equipment, pantry staples, tofu (soy) , oils, seasonings.
Basmati rice, Bulgur(wheat).
🍇Our friend Nurcan will also show us how to make Turkish sarma!

Since each participant brings different vegetables, the full menu is a surprise until we start cooking.

Hi! I'm Misaki — I’m a certified vegan/plant-based nutritionist.
Usually, I teach simple, healthy vegan cooking, but this time we’ll cook spontaneously, making dumplings as our fixed dish and improvising other plant-based dishes with the ingredients we bring.
