1) Julian Della Mattia - Product Researcher @ Sendinblue

Title: Everything you always wanted to know before jumping into UX (But were afraid to ask)

So, you’re just starting in UX and you’re full of hopes, ideals and dreams?
Sorry to break it to you, but that bubble has to burst: it’s actually hard out there.
This talk will be full of harsh and ugly truths, self-deprecating banter and amazing tools and tips to totally nail it as a designer and to impress friends and family at birthday parties.

Former product manager, experimental entrepreneur and retired standup comedian, Julian broke into UX powered by workshops and design sprints. Recently moved to Berlin, he now champions the product research team at online marketing company Sendinblue.

2) Hany Rizk - Design Sprints, Innovation, UX & Product Strategy @No BS - Innovation Studio

Title: The No BS guide to Innovation: Building products and services that matter

At their core, Design and Innovation are about solving problems and creating value.
In a world rich in problems and growing challenges, a lot of time, money, and effort are wasted on creating redundant products and services that provide no real value but merely add to the noise. Additionally, in today's saturated market, it is no longer enough to offer a “good quality” product or service. Companies need to offer the right one. And in our fast-paced day and age, how much time and money can one really afford to waste on building the wrong solution?
In this talk, Hany will discuss how companies can innovate by tackling real challenges, moving fast and ditching "busy work" for execution, and building meaningful products and solutions that provide value for both their customers and them.

Over the past 10 years, Hany has designed, managed, and launched products and services for various Berlin startups, large companies, and organisations operating in different industries, namely Mobility, Health Tech, Food Tech, Blockchain, Cryptocurrency, Government, and Media. He previously co-founded a startup called Somuchmore that was later acquired by Urban Sports Club, and has also worked on innovation and strategy for future mobility at Volkswagen.

Hany has recently founded and started running No BS, an innovation studio that helps companies solve business challenges and build meaningful products & services that add value to this world. He is a speaker and startup mentor, and loves playing the piano!
