Women have a different application behavior than men. They apply only if they can cover 90 - 100% of a job's requirements. Also, they react differently to the wording that is chosen in a job ad. Job ads thus can be one first reason why a company gets less applications from women.
This can be changed - by the wording you choose.
What we will do:
In this 3-hour workshop you will learn how to write and word a job ad so that Women in Tech & Digital feel attracted to applying.
We will look at scientific findings and hands-on recommendations how to influence the key factors. And at the end, we make sure that you practice by re-writing your own job ad.

This training is specially conceived for HR representatives or any other function in a company that has to formulate job ads.

What you need to bring:
- Your brain, good mood and open mindedness
- A recent job ad that your company just has published or is going to publish
- Your lap top
Language: The language of the presentations will depend on the registered participants. Your job ad that you bring can be in English, German or French. You will work on the job ad individually or in small same language groups.
