Women in Agile Munich

Women in Agile Munich is a community based on the belief that diversity empowers the agile professional community.

This local group welcomes and aim for building a sustainable network that extends support year round to women and allies in their community.

We gather to share and support women who are building their understanding and reputation in the Agile community.  Our purpose is to provide a forum for thoughtful, intentional, and open discussion and empowerment for women in Agile.

We believe that magic moments occur by just bringing people together and giving them a place to see themselves and be themselves. This is a group rooted in trust, openness, courage, respect, and empathy.
