Title: IIoT basierende Geschäftsmodelle iterativ und risikoarm am Markt verproben
Short description: In this session we discuss typical customer challenges like "how can I build a valid technical system for validating my business idea quickly" or "how can I get our of my legacy IoT solution with all my learnings and migrate to a new base". We consider business models and the dimensions to consider and why industries like manufacturing are highly interested in IIoT-data-based business models. Focus of the session will be the discussion about which technologies are useful and proper for doing all that. Likewise the technologies (consisting of software and hardware) needs to grow with the learning curve and hence, be scalable and expandable.

Titel: Vom IoT-Prototypen in die Produktion - Wie kommt KI in die industrielle Anwendung
Short Description:
Jeden Tag kann man auf Twitter und linkedin und anderen Kanälen die neuesten Vision-AI basierten Anwendungen bewundern.
Die Anwendungsszenarien reichen von Zählungen, Sortierungen, Bin Picking, Qualitätssicherung bis zur AGV-Navigation und smarter Robotik.
In der industriellen Praxis trifft man solche Verfahren jedoch derzeit noch relativ selten obwohl die Vorteile oft auf der Hand liegen.
In dem Vortrag erläutere ich die Prozesse bei der Einführung solcher Methoden und bewerte die Hürden und Aufwände.
