The advent of digital apps and new gen tech solutions have set Customer behavior to continually evolve. How to delight Customers effortlessly and consistently is challenging. Leading with superior CX is a competitive edge that the competition would continue to envy for a long time.
Purpose
CX Makers Hub is to offer a platform to share success stories and also open discussion on specific issues pertaining to CX for gathering knowledge ideas of members to work o creative solutions. It is also intended to develop a focus
on activities based on members' inputs.
Who Should Join ?
Customer Experience Professionals and professionals who would like to share their great customer journey and experiences with specific brands that give insights into all the smallest possible aspects that matter and the Customer's Care. Customer Loyalty and relationship builders. The members must be driven by a desire to help by giving their knowledge and experience for CX designers to consider the insights suitably.
What will we Do in the Meetup Event?
We will set a weekly agenda of a specific Industry and Product and Service Category for all members to share their insights. Group Admin along with enthusiastic Members and Industry Expert would share examples of international brand success stories ( videos. advt. and press reports) to exemplify the Brand initiative with respect to CX building.
It would also offer a forum for any member or an external Company to raise CX issues related to their brand for discussion and ideation for a solution.
The activities of the group would evolve and get focused over time.
