Welcome to the journey of unveiling the mystery of Chinese cooking! As mentioned, this is a warm and friendly space for all Chinese food lovers—no matter what level your cooking skill is—to talk and learn about Chinese food handling and cooking.
In this zoom cooking class, we'll learn how to make a delicious, healthy, and authentic Chinese dinner together using tofu as one of the main ingredients. Chitchat welcome, and it'll be easy and fun!
The two dishes we're creating are Home Style Braised Tofu and Shrimp Fried Rice. Some ingredients or seasoning you might want to prepare in advance:
-1 block of tofu (regular/medium firmness)
-Dark soy sauce (optional)
