Mindfulness Meditation Sitting Group-must register on Zoom to attend


You must RSVP to this event in order to have access to the registration link via Zoom. Once registered you will receive the zoom link and passcode via email.

Meetings are on Sundays from 11am-12:30pm and Thursdays from 11am-11:45am. These sessions are offered by donation (suggested donation of $15+ at Your generosity is appreciated as it helps us offer our services to a wider community and pay for our support staff and administrative costs.

Some information about us:

We are a Vipassana/Insight Meditation Community, that began meeting together in 2014. Since then we have grown to be a warm welcoming community of meditators, exploring the many positive and healing benefits of Mindfulness practice.

During our meetings, there is a 30 minute guided/silent meditation, a wisdom talk on a mindfulness related topic, and a period of mindful sharing (i.e. you are invited to ask questions or share your experience with the group).

During this group we learn to:

  • Alleviate stress and suffering by developing your capacity to stay in the present with an open mind and heart.
  • Open to the breath, body and emotions through guided meditations.
  • Cultivate the healing and connecting power of opening your heart to life, love and experience through Compassion and Loving Kindness.
