    Hello to all of our fellow and future investors on the southcoast! I want to openly invite anyone interested in learning more about real estate investing to come check out this months REI Meeting here in Fall River.   • How To Dominate in The Market Shift by Doing Things That Didn’t Used To Work…..

    Over the last few years, as agents, it was easy to neglect FSBOs and Expired Listings. Homeowner’s who sold their house themselves in the past few years, were having success. Many didn’t see the value of hiring a professional and because of the way that the market went, many sellers were able to successfully sell their homes . Expired listings were almost non-existent. Sure there was the seller here and there that had their listing priced WAY over market value, but in most cases that person wasn’t selling anyways. When the market shifts, not only will FSBOs have a harder time selling, but expired listings are going to be plentiful(in large part because of uneducated agents advising their clients incorrectly). The agents who are ahead of the shift(and understand the market) are going to be able to take advantage of opportunities that aren’t even on the radar of average agents and two of the areas where there is going to be the most opportunity are FSBOs and Expireds.
