Join CAIC Science and Operations Officer Spencer Logan for an evening focused on early-season conditions and Avalanche Aware fundamentals. Explore insights into the current snowpack and key concepts for recognizing and navigating avalanche terrain as winter gets underway.
Hosted in partnership with Boulder Social, the Snow Social will also feature free snowboard waxing, films, raffles, and a winter-themed costume contest. Proceeds benefit Friends of CAIC and support avalanche forecasting and education statewide. This event is free and open to the public.
