What we're about

This group is for people who are dealing with bi-polar disorder. We are a group of individuals who, on our own, decided to ban together in order to help each other get better. We understand that bipolar disorder can be difficult. It's not fair to be isolated. We are here to help lift each other up and thrive in life. It is also a venue where family and friends can go to support them. It is a safe place for members with strict confidentiality and no-cross-talk guidelines. None of our organizers are healthcare professionals. Members should know this and refrain from seeking medical advice here.
