ADHD & Relationships: Through the Lens of Attachment and EFT
Living with ADHD in a relationship can feel like an endless loop of missed expectations, frustration, and disconnection. One partner often feels unsupported and alone, while the other struggles with shame and self-worth — both caught in a cycle neither chose. In this workshop, Bridget Weigel, LPC brings together the science of ADHD, the insight of attachment theory, and the practical tools of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help couples understand and shift these painful patterns. Participants will learn to recognize the cycle, uncover the hidden emotions beneath conflict, and practice tools that foster empathy, trust, and lasting connection.
Bridget Weigel is a Licensed Professional Counselor and relationship coach dedicated to helping individuals and couples create meaningful, lasting change in their lives. Utilizing a unique blend of Emotionally Focused Therapy, Somatic approaches, and Movement, clients go much deeper than just talking. Clients gain a deep understanding of thoughts, emotions, and body sensation to fully embody change and growth. [www.MoveTherapy.net](http://www.movetherapy.net/)
