The feedback is so energizing - focusing. Thanks so much, y'all. I'm editing with my hair on fire.

Very helpful critique of my work, interesting work by 2 others, and fun to hear others' views.

I've uploaded a writing exercise I did from Damon Knight's book 'Creating Short Fiction'.

I'm interested in comments, but I prefer it *not* be read at the session.

It's about 1,600 words and eight pages so it exceeds our limit on prose, but should not be too much of an imposition to read prior to the meeting.
