What we're about

We get together to do kettlebell workouts for endurance and strength. We practice a kettlebell sport called BOLT that improves stamina, core strength and muscular endurance. This sport is great to stay in shape and make new friends!
We do easy workouts, hard workouts, competitions, outdoors training, all around building our endurance and having a good time.
