The Digital Media Student Group at DU has something similar listed as
one of their projects:

http://dms.du.edu...

So that may be a good project for collaboration. But I wonder why
these jobs aren't already being posted to Craigslist. Do people
prefer to keep them semi-private? As a freelancer, I don't really
want to be getting a lot of job offers that have little to do with my
areas of expertise, so I really only advertise that I do freelance
work near work I've previously done. As someone interested in hiring
freelancers, I'm hesitant to give money to someone whose work
experience I know little about and haven't met. That said, I'd be up
for helping out with some sort of help/work wanted board if others
are interested.

Peace,
Scott
