Terms/Legal: Please read the Meetup Terms and Conditions for Attendance. As a member of this group, and by your paid and attendance at an event, you are releasing me and our venues from liability. If a member becomes offensive, harasses or pesters a member verbally, physically or uses the group as an online dating service, business prospecting (clicks on every profile to write an email hoping for a date or to sell something), I'll remove them. As an adult all members are responsible for their own behavior....this means drinking responsibly and if you are not able to drive, arranging a cab ride.
No Pitch/No Pressure This is a "no pitch" group. Members are here to make friends with others who enjoy wine. They are not attending to be pitched your business. If someone complains that you have hit everyone up in the group with your business card for your latest gig, I'll remove you. If you are a company that is not a restaurant, winery, distributor or is unrelated to food or wine, then it is inappropriate to contact the Denver Wine Social Meetup about your business. Unfortunately we do not have the room at most venues to display your business items and our members are attending to drink wine and socialize.
Removal From The Group: Any member who harrasses the organizer, the management or employees of an venue or makes a public remarks on the meetup or at an event that are derogatory, mean or complaining to the point that they don't belong in the group will be removed from the group. Members with concerns or complaints should email them privately to the event organizer.
People who sign up for an event with fraudulent information, a fake name, address and phone number or who are not in the intended demographic of an event may also be removed from the group, event or event list by the event organizer at anytime.
