Although we will be inside, bring a jacket, if you want to wander out on the patio they'll have the heaters and firepits going...... It's one of the most gorgeous sunsets in Denver with a view of the mountains!

Friday April 15, 2011 Denver Art Musuem Uncorked Friday April 15 which is are always fun to attend with a group of friends.

Our monthly wine social on March 9 is called the "Sideways Tour" in honor of the movie. If you have never seen the movie Sideways you can rent it or check it out at your local library. It's about two guys and a pre-wedding adventure through Santa Barbara county in search of Pinot Noir while the wine
expert in this tour disparages Merlot along with the comedy and drama of wine and women. Our tour includes a few wine varietals from Tolosa Winery. http://www.tolosawine...­

In addition to our wine tasting, you can RSVP on eventbrite to have space held for you for 5280 restaurant week at Indulge. We will have a few large tables for our group. For $26.40 you can enjoy a 3 course meal.

You'll notice that Tolosa's wines are more in the medium to high end range. The event is copied below along with some info on the upcoming DAM Uncorked (a high end event at the Denver Art Museum) on April 15. Please see the details on our event below.

Tolosa, No-oak Chardonnay, Edna Valley with Mini pastry cups filled with white truffle and porcini mushroom mousse topped with shaved parmesan

Tolosa, Edna Ranch Chardonnay, Edna Valley with Crab and shrimp salad with dill aioli and white corn served on sweet blini

Tolosa, Edna Ranch Pinot Noir, Edna Valley Smoked duck breast served on pretzel bread crustini with whole grain Dijon mustard

Dinner after the wine tasting: We usually have 50% of the group stay for dinner after the event. It's a great way to continue the conversation with new friends. Indulge will be offering a prix fix menu for $26.40 a person plus tax/tip. There is a place on eventbrite toRSVP for dinner afterwards. This is full size entrees, not tapas for the entree. You may also order off of their wonderful menu.

Please Note: NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD AT THE DOOR/NO WALK UPS!....sorry but we will have to turn away anyone who doesn't have an advance ticket as wine and food has been allotted based on the ticketed attendees and we do not handle money at the door. We expect 100 attendees with a winemaker flying in and it's difficult to check folks in and handle money. Our events sell out quick! Please see the Denver Wine Meetup for the refund policy.

Directions and Parking: The restaurant has FREE parking in front of the restaurant. Go south on Broadway to Highlands Ranch Parkway (just a mile or so south of C-470), turn right. Go past the first entrance to TownCenter on your left to Hepburn St. You'll see the Home Depot set back behind Town Center, turn right on Mayberry. The Corner Restaurant is next door to Indulge which is on the corner of Lucent and Highlands Ranch Parkway. From Downtown (faster than Broadway) go South on Santa Fe to C-470 go East on C-470 to Lucent or Broadway and go South Google maps displays the location of the venue on the map.
