A combination of free and fee-based group activities and events that nurture mind, body and spirit with the ultimate goal of easing the symptoms of depression.

Hi, I’m Christie, certified as both a Holistic Health and Wellness Coach and Ayurveda Yoga Specialist with over 30 years’ personal experience managing depression associated with C-PTSD and previously undiagnosed Asperger’s, and ADHD. Whether it’s authentically connecting with my higher self, with others, or the environment; for certain, I’ve experienced that doing so elevates my mood. It's after these moments and in times of deep reflection that I am uplifted and reminded of the interconnectedness that exists between us all. It’s a privilege to be a guide for you finding your connection too!
