Bootstrap 3 with Charles Irizarry

(Note: Going forward, we've joined forces with the Front-End Developers of Miami MeetUp group. You'll see upcoming MeetUps for that group which focuses on Web Development and Front-End Engineering, and vice versa!)

The latest version of popular web development framework Bootstrap (formerly Twitter Bootstrap) has recently hit version 3.0. There have been a number of changes in this version but the most significant change is the mobile first approach. This means that every single class, component and javascript directive was designed to work great on a mobile device and then scaled up for desktop devices.

Charles Irizarry will be going over the following, but if you have any specific questions you'd like answered, please let us know!

- Setting up your local environment with Node & Grunt.
- Exploring Bootstrap's LESS framework & mixins.
- Compiling LESS & JS on the fly while you work by leveraging Node & Grunt.
- Customizing Bootstrap 3 to look/work like your design.

Excellent. His presentation skills are top notch and his knowledge of the topic was spot on.
