What we’re about
Welcome homesteaders and arcologists! We are a project to develop affordable and sustainable cooperative eco-neighborhoods in Detroit, activate and enliven unused spaces, and empower people and tenants to participate in our democracy and contribute to each other. We are currently building an A-frame tiny home and developing land to be a safe, socially-distant gathering place for gatherings, food, laughter, and future collaborations.
