Lately I enjoy watching Billy Wilder's The Apartment with Jack Lemmon and Shirley MacLaine. Love it because of Jack Lemmon's awesome performance, plus the 60s B&W NYC genre. Post WWII period settings (50s, 60s, 70s) inspire me, which is one of the reasons I love movies such as Rosemary's Baby and Revolutionary Road. Love classic Sidney Poitier such as Guess Who's Coming to Dinner, A Patch of Blue, The Slender Thread and The Defient Ones. I love movies that inspire me, move me, make me laugh, make me think and/or cause me to become introspective.

Hello! I've been a movie lover forever - especially the obscure, non-mainstream movies. Used to regularly attend the DFT, then life got in the way. Looking forward to enjoying films with fellow cinefiles. Especially love 60s films.
My first time and the people were great! It was relaxed and friendly.
