FREE WORKSHOP: Getting Started with Selenium
If there is a product that a person purchases frequently online, it may be more convenient to have the purchase become automated. That is one of many ways Selenium can be handy.
Primarily used for web testing, Selenium is a way to automate user actions in a web browser. Using a variety of tools, Selenium allows the ability to automate test cases to ensure a web application is working as expected. For instance, will the login button on a webpage work as anticipated when a user clicks on it?
The roughly two-hour workshop will walk through the Selenium basics, which will involve automating user actions in a web browser and how to implement tests for web applications.
Basic programming experience in Python may be helpful, but it is not necessary.
