We'll host a tutorial session presenting relevant theory on (visual) communication of architecture to non-IT stakeholders. After that, participants apply that newly gained knowledge in an interactive small group workshop with a prepared case. The tutorial concludes with a review and reflection on the architecture visualizations made.
This session focusses on (gaining) 'soft skills' and visualization capabilities of developers, engineers and analysts.
The tutorial is a re-run of a tutorial that we hosted on O'Reilly Software Architecture conference in NYC, on April 3, 2017: https://conferences.oreilly.com/software-architecture/sa-ny/public/schedule/detail/56629. That session was sold out with 97 registered attendees, so here's a chance to participate in this in The Netherlands.
NOTE: A similar tutorial was hosted on June 1, 2016: https://www.meetup.com/devops-engineers/events/230313397/. If you attended that one, or the tutorial in London or NYC, there's less reason to participate now.
