*IMPORTANT * THURSDAY, JULY 17 @. 3pm to 5pm.Where: Mission Valley Library, 2123 Fenton Parkway , San Diego CA 92108 (Next to IKEA) TOPIC: STOP THE UNFAIR SAN ONOFRE SETTLEMENT! Please COME w/as many friends attend this event!

Carol C.
Group Organizer
San Diego, CA
At our last SD DFA Meetup, Our speaker was  RAY LUTZ!
It was concluded that SDG&E and PG&E were about to screw us and the CPUC was headed towards letting them do it with none of our political office holders in San Diego County or City doing anything to stop them.
Ray came up with the idea of a public meeting on the topic,  if we would spread the word and attend ourselves and has already scheduled it.

He also included a link to his presentation and an email address to submit  comments to the CPUC as part of his email below.

He also suggested that we have at least one person attend the various city and county boards and commission meetings to keep an eye on them!
If there are no “Citizens” present, they tend to give themselves and their friends sweetheart deals that they won’t do if the meeting is attended by what they might consider us “outsiders.”
He further recommended that, at those meetings, we question everything we don’t understand.  As citizens we have the right to do that.

2. To make comments to the CPUC, this is a good idea that your group helped to bring to the surface. I suggest that you send an email directly to the CPUC at this address:

I suggest that you express that the commission should deny approval of the San Onofre settlement, complete the investigation, and reach a new settlement with all parties involved.

3. The meeting time and date  for the meeting on San Onofre is set:

DATE: Thursday, July 17, 2014
TIME: 3pm to 5pm
WHERE: Mission Valley Library, 2123 Fenton Parkway , San Diego CA 92108 (Next to IKEA)
